Linthicum Heights, MD, September 27, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – NFM Lending today introduced Heidi Gage as the Renovation Manager. Gage has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where she has worked as a processor, post-closer and loan originator. Most recently, she was Regional Director of Renovation and Branch Manager for another mortgage company. She specializes in home improvement loans backed by Fannie Mae, FHA and VA. She is eager to develop an innovative home improvement loan program for NFM.

“As a leading loan producer, I believe it is important to align myself with a company that offers my clients and referral partners the best mortgage experience on the market so that everyone has a smooth lending experience, ”Gage said. “Not only does NFM offer a wide range of loan products and competitive rates, but the company is also at the forefront of its technology. We are preparing to revive the home improvement loan department with a full range of financing options that will be available to the entire NFM family of lenders. Our product offerings will include Conventional Homestyle, FHA 203 (k) and VA Renovation. Home improvement loans allow borrowers to finance the purchase or refinance of the loan amount as well as funds for home refurbishment. I am very excited to join the NFM family and look forward to continuing to provide top notch service to my clients and real estate agents while growing the home improvement loan program at NFM and across our division! “

“We are incredibly lucky to have Heidi on our team,” said Bob Tyson, COO / CAO of NFM. “His in-depth knowledge and experience with full-service renovation loans will help make NFM a leader in this market!”

Gage received his BA in Business Administration from Auburn University. She is an active member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Real Estate Million Dollar Association (REMDA). She volunteers with the Church of the Nativity and the Weinberg Housing and Resource Center in her spare time.
